Whirling Dervish
Wow, sorry it took me so long to update, our church is doing Day Camp this week, which consists of 56 kids from grades K-8 at the church from 9 AM through 3 PM. Needless to say it has been a little hectic, so sorry.
Our meeting with Dr. Groot in Saskatoon on Friday was good. We didn't come out of it with much more info however, just even more assurance that whatever we decide to do will be the "right" choice, because both risks are very small (infantessimally small said Dr. Groot), and will be made for the right reasons.
So my big struggle is still, as protector and provider for this family, do I put my wife or my unborn child at the risk, no matter how small? It is still a tough decision, and one that still requires a lot of prayer.
I don't want to sound redundant, but a continued thanks to all of you who have sent words of encouragement and prayer. We pray that in sharing in the fellowship of our suffering, that God will also let you share in the fellowship of our peace and strength that he has granted us as well.

I am praying that God will give you and Erin wisdom and perfect peace about whatever decision you come to. Thanks for the update.
Hey Luke sorry there isn't much more clarity on what you should do. However I know that God is leading you in all things and I can't see this being any diferent. I would ask this though If you leave this until after the birth how much stress will it put on you as a family? Does that effect the unborn child as well? Also how soon after having the baby will the sergury be and how does Erin and yourself feel about that? Just more questions that I'm sure you have already thought of. I'm really not trying to sway you in any direction I was just thinking about those things. Be aware that I have no clue as to what the sergery will entail or how long Erin can plan on being out of commission.
